friendly staff but minor room concerns

The staff members greeted me with genuine smiles. The location was convenient, directly across from a Country Market where I found great snacks and essentials. The garden view from my room was amazing.

Fairly clean, budget hotel, I truly enjoyed a nice size and cheap rooms and superfriendly staff. I had reasonably priced room with tub. A microwave, a fridge and a work desk were great. The location was decent and unbeatable, close enough to grocery store and dinning, Interstate access and an industrial area. It also was in the middle of jackson;)))

Incredibly comfortable, functional rooms overlooking garden. Exceptionally comfortable bed, really good staff. Location close to grocery store. Also, on edge.

The Beautiful King Room was spacious, with a large flatscreen TV with tons of channels. The bed felt super comfy, and the shower had great water pressure. I loved having both a refrigerator and a microwave for late-night snacks. The staff checked us in quickly and gave us tips on nearby restaurants. A major plus was the quiet ambiance, easy to relax. There were a couple of downsides, though. The towels felt a bit worn, and I noticed some mildew in the bathroom. The laundry facilities weren't accessible late at night. I enjoyed my time here and would consider returning if they improve on the details.

Facilities definitely need better upkeep!!! The bathroom had mildew and the towels felt too worn. An upfront pricing policy would be appreciated as well!!!

We enjoyed spacious rooms where our family, including two dogs, felt comfortable. The staff was cute, and we appreciated the convenience of nearby dining options like a pizza place. The high-speed Wi-Fi made it easy to keep everyone entertained.

In my wife's opinion, the cleanliness could use improvement.

The bathroom had plenty of hot water for showers, a huge plus. Bring your own towels to avoid any discomfort.

The room was spacious with a fridge, microwave, and huge TV. We loved spending chill time around the shower. Plus, the front desk staff were super friendly and helped us out whenever we needed tips on local spots. We checked out some breweries nearby and hit up a pizza joint just down the street.

It seemed like there was some miscommunication about cleaning schedules.

I stayed in the Beautiful King Room for 2 nights. The room was decent and comfy, with a friendly check-in. Quiet ambiance and the bed was super cozy. The shower had nice pressure, too. The fridge and microwave were a plus for snacks, but nothing too fancy overall.

the housekeeping is great and always keeps my room sparkling clean. the atmosphere was a bit too quiet for my taste.

This hotel is excellent! The large, clean room featured a comfy bed, large flatscreen TV, and wonderful shower. Housekeeping keeps everything super clean, and the front desk is so helpful!
